Liz Day

Liz Day is an experienced trainer, facilitator, and advocate for mental health and neurodiversity.

With a background in teaching, she has worked with learners of all ages across diverse educational settings, refining her ability to communicate complex ideas and create truly inclusive learning environments.

Over the past decade, Liz has specialised in neurodiversity and education, collaborating with award-winning businesses, families, schools, and national charities.

She has extensive experience working with home-educated families and individuals, supporting a personalised approach to education that ensures academic foundations are met while prioritising mental health and overall wellbeing.

Liz helps families navigate challenges, build confidence, and create learning experiences tailored to each child’s strengths and needs.

In 2024, Liz earned a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Exeter, focusing her research on mental health literacy in young people.

Her engaging approach and commitment to empowerment make her a trusted leader in mental health, education, and neurodiversity.

Jo Rees

Jo Rees
Jo Rees is a dyslexia specialist, influencer, assessor, trainer and coach – some might say an expert in all things dyslexia!

A fully SASC registered dyslexia assessor, her passion is dyslexia and all things related to it.

A dyslexic herself and a mum to three dyslexic children, she is a regular keynote speaker at The Dyslexia Show and has a following in excess of 110k across all her social media platforms where she raises awareness to dyslexia.
