Success and failure are subjective.

You might not win the race. (Looser!)

But just getting over the finish line might be the goal… therefore WINNER.

You might not get an A, (fail!) but… you got a B and that’s what you needed (success!)

Your peers master a skill first time (Hares!)

You feel like a Slow coach but you keep going and learn so much about yourself on the way, and actually find the way that’s right for you! (Tortoise!)

What makes success and failure NOT subjective!

Comparison from yourself and Judgement from others.

The feelings and self made pressure that we all need to be the same, do things at the same time in the same way. That only first place or an A matters. That Speed means you are the best and that there is a right or wrong way to do something.

Run your own race.

Set your own goals.

Master your own skills.

Stay in your own lane.

You just have to believe in yourself and more importantly TRUST that you know the way that’s right for you!

One persons failure is for sure another persons success.

Stay true to yourself.

Be the coach not the critic!

I know I bang on about it, but he was under estimated and written off BUT the tortoise really did win the race🐢
